Risk disclosure
Read this before you copy anyone or activate LinceBot. It is short on purpose.
Copying a trader
You copy real accounts with their real risk. A past record is not a promise. A trader can change style, stop, or blow up.
Your orders are placed after theirs. The spread you pay to enter, our server's latency and the execution itself can erase a thin edge entirely.
The test network (testnet) does not measure results
On Hyperliquid's test network (testnet), prices, volumes and charts do not match those of the real market (mainnet). We have checked this.
Use it only to check that orders open and close correctly and to get used to how the product works. Never as a measure of profitability.
Real money
You can lose what you risk, and with leverage more than you expected in a fast market. Our engine caps your total exposure (and, when copying, each order), but a cap is not a guarantee.
The agent trades your account and can never withdraw. You can revoke it on Hyperliquid at any time.
LinceBot and risk levels
LinceBot is a systematic strategy whose rules are not disclosed. Its record combines a backtest with a daily follow-up on Hyperliquid's real prices (mainnet). No real money is traded in it, and it does not guarantee the future.
The level you choose sets how much is risked per trade (×1 is the base; ×4 risks four times more) under a fixed exposure cap, so gains and losses scale with it, but not exactly in proportion. Each level's record is measured on its own backtest: ×1 max drawdown 9 %, ×2 18 %, ×3 26 %, ×4 33 %. A drawdown already seen can be exceeded: past results do not guarantee future ones. Positions are opened in cross margin at each coin's maximum leverage on Hyperliquid (you will see, for example, BTC 40× Cross): leverage only sets how much margin is locked: the size comes from your level, and every position carries its own stop on Hyperliquid. Hyperliquid liquidates per account, not per position; the bot does not open beyond 4× each account's balance, except in one of the three, which keeps its target size even if its balance falls below its third: until you rebalance, it can go above 4×. Price moves can also take any account above it, and nothing is reduced back. The backtest does not model liquidation.
How we earn
Auditing is free. If you copy or run LinceBot, you pay a 0.01% builder fee on the volume your orders generate. You approve that exact rate yourself, in your own wallet, before anything trades. Hyperliquid charges it on your fills, on top of its own trading fees, and passes it to Linceo; Linceo never holds or moves your funds. Without your approval Hyperliquid rejects the order, so nothing trades.
Custody
We never hold your funds or your wallet's key. We do keep the agent's key, encrypted on our server: the agent you authorise can place orders on your account and cannot withdraw. If our server were compromised, or the agent sent wrong orders, it could trade your account (never withdraw): revoke it at any time.
If we disappear, your funds stay in your account, and so do your open positions and their orders (stops and pending entries), with nobody managing them: cancel the open orders, manage or close the positions in each account, and revoke the agents.
