Terms of Service

1. Service description
AlphaClone ("the Service") is a non-custodial analytics and trade-signal software for two venues — the Hyperliquid perpetuals exchange and the Polymarket prediction market. It provides audited risk metrics, skeleton-check analysis, structural classification, copyability scoring and portfolio simulation on publicly-available wallet data from each venue's official APIs, and delivers alerts about wallets (traders) the user chooses to follow.
The optional "Copy" plan is a signal-replication tool: when the user explicitly authorises it, the software mirrors the trades of the wallets the user selected 1:1 using the user's own balance on the venue, through each venue's native non-custodial model — Hyperliquid's agent-wallet, or Polymarket's deposit-wallet + trade-only session signer. AlphaClone does not manage, pool, hold or control any user capital and exercises no discretion over funds — it relays and replicates; the user's wallet executes.
2. No investment advice, no capital management
The Service provides software, analytics and signals— not financial advice, not portfolio management, not a managed account. AlphaClone never manages capital on anyone's behalf. Metrics derive from public on-chain data; past performance does not guarantee future results. The user is solely responsible for choosing which wallets to follow or mirror and for the outcomes.
3. Non-custodial nature
AlphaClone never has access to user funds. All trading happens on the venue itself (Hyperliquid or Polymarket); the user retains full custody of their own wallet and is the only party who can withdraw.
The auto-copy feature uses each venue's native non-custodial model — Hyperliquid's agent-wallet, or a Polymarket deposit wallet the user owns and funds authorising a trade-only session signer. Either way it is hard-gated at the protocol level : the agent / session signer can place orders but can NEVER withdraw funds, transfer assets, or move capital out — only the owner (the user) can . The user can revoke authorisation at any time — on Hyperliquid by signing a new ApproveAgent message with the same name, on Polymarket by removing the session signer in their deposit-wallet settings.
4. Faithful 1:1 replication — no discretion
The auto-copy feature does not let AlphaClone make discretionary trading decisions. The user explicitly selects which wallet(s) to mirror; the software then replicates each of those wallets' trades 1:1 — on Hyperliquid the same coin, direction and leverage; on Polymarket the same market and outcome — sized to the user's own available balance. If the proportional size falls below the venue's minimum order size, that minimum is used.
By authorising the agent, the user acknowledges they alone chose which wallets to follow and accept full responsibility for the replicated trades. AlphaClone sets no positions of its own and holds no user funds.
5. Geographic restrictions
The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where the underlying activity is restricted, including but not limited to:
- United States and US territories
- United Kingdom (crypto-derivatives retail ban, FCA PS20/10)
- Canada
- OFAC-sanctioned countries
The Service may use IP geolocation to enforce these restrictions. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local law.
6. Fees & donations
The platform is free. AlphaClone has no subscription tiers, no fees and collects no recurring billing — every feature (analytics, alerts, watchlist, comparison, export and auto-copy) is included at no cost.
Donations are voluntary, grant no right to any service and are non-refundable. No funds ever transit an AlphaClone-controlled custodian.
7. Liability disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaClone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The team is not liable for any losses arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: trading losses, slippage, network congestion, bugs in the venues' smart contracts, Hyperliquid or Polymarket platform outages, upstream data-API errors, or wallet compromise on the user's side.
8. Termination
The user may terminate use at any time by disconnecting their wallet and (if applicable) revoking the Copy agent. The AlphaClone team may suspend Service access for any user who violates these terms or whose use creates legal/operational risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on-platform and via opt-in notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
